Mill River Kennelsis located in "Downeast" Cherryfield, Maine; a remote area reknowned for the hare hunting. We kennel approximately twenty 13" AKC beagles and breed 3-5 litters per year. Besides Sonic and Daisy who are owned by Donald J. Potts, we have one IFC male, Greenbrier Birch Haven Merlin and one FC female, Workman's Fur Queen Mandy, who is co-owned by Donald Potts and Steve Corey. We have several others who will be campaigned in the AKC trials this season and are hunted hard during our six-month rabbit season. Since Steve was a teenager, he has been running hounds on rabbit, coon, bobcat and hare. He is an AKC Licensed Judge and can't decide if he'd rather be hunting or trialing!

This one is me and my pregnant female, Molly. When I'm not hunting or trialing I have two Harleys that occupy my free time. I live in Western PA and trial in the ARHA and the UKC. I also belong to an AKC Club. Most of my hounds are under 18 months old (except Molly) but we had a blast this hunting season. I have 7 all together at the moment. I run usually 6 or 7 days a week year 'round and have since I
was old enough to follow my Dad to the woods.
I just got into the trials about 15 months ago."
